Our Story

QBID was designed by 3 owners who came to the conclusion that there must be a better way to ensure value and savings on a variety of projects that all consumers need. The list we provided above is just the “tip of the iceberg” as all of us have been involved in various projects at some point in our lives that we don’t completely understand. Because our needs sometimes fall outside of our area of expertise, we frequently have to do a lot of research. Often, the time it takes to collect bids and sort through all the vendors who want our business is cumbersome and frustrating. We knew we needed help to wade through all this frustration in a timely and affordable manner.

The final push to build QBID came when we needed a pool remodeled. We collected 10 bids, but this process took months to complete. We finally narrowed our choice to three separate contractors using the only App available at the time. This is when we realized there has to be a better way; not just for us but for everyone who needs help with a project. When we find ourselves “out of our lane of expertise,” we realize we need an expert who can provide the quality and value we need at an affordable price. This need, along with our desire to help others provided the encouragement to design and build QBID. With our new QBID APP, all consumers will have a “one stop shopping place” for savings on any project or service they need. QBID is the “one place” where people can get one quote and then let the APP do all of the negotiations for you. What QBID offers now is just the beginning.
